Pixie

"Give a girl the right shoes, and she can conquer the world." Marilyn Monroe.

Rain, rain go away come again another day! Although I love the rain, when you are running between buses and trains, with heavy wind, diagonal rain and a storm brewing - things just aren't as fun. But amongst all of that, I found a beautiful pair of black bow shoes from Alannah Hill. If you haven't guessed yet, I love shoes especially heels and pretty little flats. I'm not very tall you see, and I adore heels, so any money goes towards buying five inch heels that give me the illusion of being somewhat taller. Next to my new best friend, I still look like a little pixie. Sigh! Love B xx

007

{Dress, Flower and Socks: Alannah Hill. Shoes: Mimco}
Goodbye second year, hello holidays! One of the things on my bucketlist (which is a super long list) as crazy as this may sound, is to sit on a grand piano instead of playing it. So, what did I do after my last exam? Here is one silly little photo of me enjoying my first few minutes of freedom after my performance exam. But the craziness didn't end there. My first day of holidays involved waking up at 7.40am and rehearsing with a junior school choir for their Christmas concert and seeing the one and only James Bond in cinemas. 007 you never fail to amaze me, B xx

Home Run

{Singlet: Kookai. Cardigan: Jigsaw. Skirt: Forever New}
Happy Sunday Everyone! I know I haven't written in awhile, but I have just been so busy with exams with satisfying and unproductive study, browsing the net for prospectives shoes and clothes and merely procrastinating. But, I am on the home run now as my last exam is this Wednesday. Hooray, then comes the bliss of three and a half months of freedom. Warm wishes, and good luck to all the students studying for their end of year exams! B xx

Bonjour. Ciao. Hola. Jambo!

Once upon a time there lived a princess called Belle [pseudonym to protect my teaching identity] with an overflowing mind of creativity (and wardrobe!) who was horrible at introductions - so let's keep this short and sweet. The princess was a classical performance graduate who loved listening and playing music, fashion, travelling, and writing aimless notes since she was a little girl. The story doesn't end quite yet, but read on to hear the rest of the littlebloomingflowers (littleb) fairytale.

 So let's nervously giggle, smile and nod, and pretend we've known each other for years. Hope you enjoy my updates on new finds, pointless stories, tales, frills, kind words, and pretty things. So be sure to keep visiting.

And don't worry, I think you guys will be great friends!! :) :)
