Tivim

Blue skies, warm rays of sunshine, and endless smiles spending the day in this beautiful village town. Wandering the streets of Tivim, riding on a motorbike, learning how to ride a scooter, lunch dates with old and new friends, running through the fields are just some of my many memories I have from this beautiful place. I wish upon a shooting star I could be there right now! Love B, xx

My Little Vespa

Hello yellow bikeey! While some people may love the flashy, fast motorbikes I fell in love with this little yellow vespa. Being a passenger is fun riding at 70k's near the water, along winding roads, hearing the waves crash as you zoom by. Learning how to ride a scooter and being able to do it all by myself was one of the highlights of my trip. If you ever get the chance, I say try it. It's nice to have your hair blowing in the wind, riding around Goa seeing the beautiful sights you can't get to by car. Sweet dreams, B xx

Peanuts

As promised! It's elephant land time although a million days late. I'm sorry I've been MIA lately, uni has been crazy and overloading is no picnic. But slow and steady wins the race right? Hello, baby elephant and mama elephant. Did you know, elephants don't like peanuts? We visited the elephants at the Bondla wildlife sanctuary coming away with many stories to tell.

As you may know, Hindi is the national language of India, with Marathi state language of Maharashtra and Konkani local language of Goa. After we boarded the elephant the guy on the ground and the one steering the baby elephant were talking to my sister in Marathi telling her to move different ways in order to be balanced. Who knew what they were on about! Not me for sure. I guess it was one of those you had to be there moments.

Elephants are my favourite animals and I loved the ride and the whole experience. I definitely recommend taking a ride on an elephant at least once in your life. I can't wait to see Elephants plodding along in the wild in Africa. That's an adventure for next year though! Hope you all have a lovely weekend, Love B xx

Goa Mish Mash

The last few days have been really hot in Perth, which reminded me so much of my little Goa. Here's a mish mash of a few different places. There weren't enough pictures from each place to do a separate post about them so hello mashed potato! I do recommend the amazing food from Babazim, in Verem. I sadly don't have any food photos from the place, as from the photos you can tell it was quite dark and candlelit. But the atmosphere was beautiful, hearing the waves crashing against the rocks and looking out across the water to the main fairy lights of the city, Panjim. Another one of my favourite restaurants was, Mum's Kitchen in Panjim - I've just slightly mixed up my albums, oopzies! Hope you enjoy my little mix, and next up is elephant land. I'm saving the best adventures for last promise! Love always, B xx
